Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy

Version 1.0 ·

Approved by Vladimir Proskurin, Director

We do not offer, give, ask for or accept bribes, and we follow the Bribery Act 2010.

1. Our position

Riviera Designs Ltd has zero tolerance for bribery and corruption. We comply with the Bribery Act 2010 and the Criminal Finances Act 2017 (failure to prevent the facilitation of tax evasion).

2. Who it applies to

The Director, all employees, and anyone acting for us: freelancers, subcontractors and agents.

3. What is not allowed

  • Offering, promising, giving, requesting or accepting a bribe (money, gifts, hospitality or any advantage meant to influence a decision improperly).

  • Facilitation payments.

  • Offering anything of value to a public official to influence a decision.

  • Helping anyone evade tax.

4. Gifts and hospitality

Small, reasonable gifts or hospitality are allowed only if they are not intended to influence a decision. Never accept or give any during a tender or procurement process. Anything above £50 in value must be approved by the Director and recorded in the gifts and hospitality register.

5. Public-sector tenders

We do not seek to influence evaluators. We do not contact evaluators outside the official clarification route, and we do not collude with other bidders on prices or bids. We declare any conflict of interest.

6. Records

We keep accurate financial records of all payments to subcontractors and suppliers.

7. Reporting

Report any concern to the Director straight away. No one will suffer for refusing to pay a bribe or for reporting a concern in good faith, even if it costs us business.

8. Consequences

Breach of this policy may lead to disciplinary action, termination of contracts and reporting to the authorities.

9. Review

The Director is responsible for this policy and reviews it every year.
