Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement

Version 1.0 ·

Approved by Vladimir Proskurin, Director

Our zero-tolerance approach to slavery, forced labour and human trafficking in our business and supply chain.

1. Context

Riviera Designs Ltd is not required to publish a statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 because our turnover is below the £36 million threshold. We publish this statement voluntarily because we work with public-sector clients and take our responsibilities seriously.

2. Our business

We are a small London design and development studio. We provide brand identity, website design and development, hosting and support. Our supply chain is mainly:

  • UK-based professional subcontractors and freelancers (development, illustration)

  • software and cloud providers (for example design tools, CMS and hosting)

  • office services

3. Our position

We have zero tolerance for slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking, in our own business or our supply chain.

4. What we do

  • Pay everyone who works for us fairly and on time, and confirm their right to work in the UK.

  • Use written agreements with subcontractors and freelancers that require them to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

  • Choose reputable suppliers and ask about their own practices where there is risk.

  • Take any report seriously and act on it, including ending a relationship and informing the authorities where needed.

5. Reporting

Concerns can be raised with the Director in confidence, or reported to the Modern Slavery & Exploitation Helpline on 08000 121 700.

6. Approval

This statement has been approved by the Director and is reviewed every year.
